• Add your offer of help or request for help and wait to be contacted
• Review the offers and requests and contact an organisations if you can help or want to claim an offer
• Deliver / Receive the benefit and/or support required

Step 3: Feedback on Your Experience

• Complete the feedback form in your account profile
• Your feedback is important for us to demonstrate the benefits that have been delivered for the community through the marketplace.
