Step 1: Sign up and create your profile
a) Before signing up to the Marketplace, you must first familiarise yourself with our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Notice.
b) You may also want to read our Guidance document
c) You are now ready to register an account and create your profile.
Step 2: Add and/or review "Offers" & "Requests"
a) Add your offer of help or request for help and wait to be contacted.
b) Review the offers and requests and contact an organisation(s) if you can help or want to claim an offer.
c) Deliver / receive the benefit and/or support required.
Step 3: Provide feedback on your experience
a) Complete the feedback form in your account profile.
b) When feedback is received from both organisations, the "Bridges Built" icon will appear on your organisation's profile, confirming that an exchange has taken place. The number of "Bridges Built" will increase as you respond to more requests/offers and provide feedback.
